What is NOT included in the package price?

Generally excluded are: airfare/train tickets to the starting point, personal expenses, tips and gratuities, entry fees to monuments unless specified, activities not listed in the itinerary, travel insurance, and any meals not mentioned in the plan.

What type of hotels do you use?

We use 3-star to 5-star properties depending on the package tier. All hotels are personally vetted for cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Exact hotel names are shared with you at the time of booking confirmation.

Is the price shown per person or for the whole group?

All prices on our website are per person based on double/twin sharing occupancy. Solo travellers may be charged a single supplement fee. Group discounts are available for parties of 6 or more — contact us for a custom quote.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes. Modifications are accepted up to 7 days before the trip departure subject to availability. Cancellations made 15+ days before departure receive a full refund minus processing charges. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.
